  1. Software Engineer III

    Oct 2025 — Present

    • Architected and deployed ScreenSculpt, a full-stack Django 6 / PostgreSQL / React app for building military training lessons, with 11+ polymorphic screen types, REST APIs, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD on Ubuntu.
    • Lead PC Simulation testing events for government stakeholders, using automated workflows to deliver 100+ test procedures per event with 99% less manual overhead.
    • Maintain the production C# automation system behind those workflows, including Unity Engine integration and XML parsing.

  2. Software Engineer II

    Feb 2025 — Oct 2025

    • Optimized the document pipeline serving 14 testing groups, cutting generation time for 1,400+ procedures from 2 days to 10 minutes and saving 22,000+ person-hours.
    • Refactored the legacy codebase around OOP design patterns, dependency injection, and modular architecture.
    • Mentored teammates on the system and wrote the technical documentation for knowledge transfer.

  3. Software Engineer I

    Aug 2024 — Feb 2025

    • Built an automated test-procedure generator from scratch (3,500+ lines of C#) integrating Unity Editor tooling, Excel/VBA, and XML parsing, eliminating 10+ person-years of manual work.
    • Worked with instructional system designers and subject-matter experts to turn domain requirements into software architecture and data validation.

Cadence

A calm, private focus timer by Illuminus

Cadence tracks study time against tasks so you can see where your week went. It's local-first: the desktop and web apps work offline without an account, and optional Supabase sync hands a running timer off between devices. I built it end to end, from the Electron shell and shared React domain code to billing, the native iOS app, and Cloudflare hosting.
